Hunarmund provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at Hunarmund.com, use Hunarmund products or services, use Hunarmund applications for mobile, or use software provided by Hunarmund in connection with any of the foregoing. Hunarmund provides the Hunarmund Services subject to the following conditions.

By using Hunarmund Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

We offer a wide range of Hunarmund Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a Hunarmund Service (for example, Your Profile, Gift Cards, Your Media Library,  handicraft products or Hunarmund software and application you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that Hunarmund Service.

Please review our Privacy Notice which also governs your use of Hunarmund Services, to understand our practices.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use Hunarmund Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Hunarmund Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COPYRIGHT

All content included in or made available through any Hunarmund Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Hunarmund or its content suppliers and protected by Pakistan and copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Hunarmund Service is the exclusive property of Hunarmund and protected by Pakistan and copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Hunarmund Service are trademarks of Hunarmund in Pakistan and other countries. All other trademarks not owned by Hunarmund that appear in any Hunarmund Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Hunarmund.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You may need your own Hunarmund account to use certain Hunarmund Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Hunarmund does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Hunarmund Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Hunarmund reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Hunarmund Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Hunarmund reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Hunarmund a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Hunarmund and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Hunarmund for all claims resulting from content you supply. Hunarmund has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Hunarmund takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Hunarmund respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please inform the authorized person by contacting us on the email address that we have provided info@hunarmund.com.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Hunarmund are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

Hunarmund does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued. In this situation, Hunarmund does not take title to the refunded item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Hunarmund attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Hunarmund does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Hunarmund Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hunarmund itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APP PERMISSIONS

When you use apps created by Hunarmund, such as the Hunarmund App, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.

OTHER BUSINESSES

Parties other than Hunarmund operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through the Hunarmund Services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals. Hunarmund does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE HUNARMUND SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE HUNARMUND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY HUNARMUND ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. HUNARMUND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE HUNARMUND SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE HUNARMUND SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE HUNARMUND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Hunarmund Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Hunarmund or through Hunarmund.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. 

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.

Content and Consumer engagement

  1. All content published on the Hunarmund platforms are and have been created by the rightful owners and will not be used against any customers, people, race, ethnicity, social class difference, nationality, religion, minors, or adults.
  2. Customers are welcomed to visit our platforms and request for an order or purchase through our website portal any product. Once an order is placed through our website portal, Hunarmund will ensure to make it available and delivered to the rightful recipient against the value they have paid for, unless if the product/service is out of stock or discontinued, in which case Hunarmund will inform the respective customer.

Shipping & Handling

Hunarmund will charge consumers living outside Pakistan for Shipping & Handling separately.

Hunarmund will charge consumers living within Pakistan for Shipping & Handling separately, as per the local tariff rate provided by the partnered shipping companies.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 business days from the date of receiving have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We only process refunds if the product you ordered is damaged or not as per your order. The refund request must be applied for within 3 business days from the date of receiving. You can request for a refund simply by emailing us details of the order along with a picture of the product at info@hunarmund.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You are expected to return the product back to the mailing address which our marketing and sales office of Hunarmund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hunarmund.com.

Nonrefundable items/products:

  1. Incase if a product was specially made to fulfill your order.
  2. If the product was customized by the customer.
  3. Any edible products.
  4. Applied skincare products, like gels and creams, etc.
  5. Any product that has been used.
  6. Any product that is damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hunarmund.com and a representative of Hunarmund will contact you within 5 business days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email your product details with a refund request along with a picture of the product to info@hunarmund.com and a representative of Hunarmund will contact you within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
